Post Construction Cleaning

WHAT WE DO

Our Service Includes

• Construction debris and trash will be removed and placed in customer supplied dumpster.
• Labels and stickers, not required to remain, will be removed from fixtures and appliances
• Fixtures, floors and trim that have any remaining drywall mud will be removed
• Ceiling fans, floor and return covers will be cleaned
• Woodwork including doors, frames, trim, cabinets, drawers, closet shelves, bookshelves, handrails and moldings will all be wiped down
• Baseboards, doors, ledges, electrical outlet covers and light switches will be cleaned.
• Restroom fixtures including sinks, light fixtures, mirrors, faucets, toilets, showers and tubs will be scrubbed, cleaned, and polished. Vanity vacuumed, cleaned and polished.
• Kitchen will be cleaned top to bottom including: inside all cupboards, sink cleaned and polished, counter tops and exterior of all appliances vacuumed, cleaned and polished
• Hard floors will be vacuumed and mopped appropriately, carpeted surfaces vacuumed
• Vents will be wiped and cleaned out in the immediate area ** we do not do full duct cleaning**
• Windows will be cleaned including all stickers/excess glue removed, vacuum track removing dust, excess drywall will be removed, trim and window casing will be wiped down and glass will be polished inside and out
• Utility and other unfinished areas will have floor vacuumed and swept, furnace, water heater and other utilities wiped clean and all trash removed
• Appliance labels and manuals will be gathered and placed in designated location
